Bobby has over 25 years of tennis teaching experience. He has taught at RTC for the past 17 years and has coached several top juniors in Texas. Bobby coached 2 consecutive teams to win the 18 and under Junior Team Tennis National Championship. He has also been selected as the coach for the World Team Tennis Junior Nationals in San Diego, California for 6 years in a row.

Shane Conroy

Shane has been playing tennis since the age of 10. He came to the United States from England to play college tennis at East Central University. He is USPTA certified with over 10 years of experience in coaching all levels of tennis. From adult beginners to state and nationally ranked juniors, Shane enjoys teaching all levels of tennis. Over the past 8 years at Texas Christian University, he was responsible for adult and junior programs, including red and orange ball junior groups, junior development and the academy.

Julia Geske

PTR Certified Tennis Professional

Julia has been playing tennis since the age of nine.  She is a native of Rochester, MN.  She made the state tournament her junior and senior years of high school.  Following that, she went on to play number one singles and doubles for Minnesota State University, Moorhead.  As a junior she was ranked in the top 50 in the nation for D2 women's doubles.  In her junior and senior years of college, Julia was twice named Female Athlete of the Year at her university and in the conference.  She has had her PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) certification since 2018 and has nearly 8 years of teaching experience ranging from small clubs, corporate environments, and camp atmospheres amongst ages 5-95.  She looks forward to helping you elevate your game!

Sarah Swanston

USPTA Certified Tennis Professional

 

Sarah has played tennis all her life, and coached for the last 25 years. Her coaching experience includes staff professional positions at 3 different municipalities, middle school and high school coaching, and Junior Team Tennis groups. She has taught adults over this time as well.

 

Sarah has been the Junior Team Tennis coordinator for the North Fort Worth Junior Team Tennis group for over a decade, building tennis leagues for over 150 Tarrant county youth tennis players for two seasons each year. In her role as coordinator, Sarah works with players, coaches, parents, state and national USTA Junior Team Tennis officials and various facilities to ensure a meaningful tennis experience for up and coming players.

 

As a staff professional at Richland Tennis Center, Sarah teaches both juniors and adults. She is part of the Junior Development program staff at RTC. From this group, Sarah promotes youth players into JTT tournaments and in-house leagues, with the goal of raising the level of the player’s abilities, exposing them to regional and state tournament play and instilling a lifelong love of tennis.
